Birds is a performance enacted solely in the mind of the viewer. The work is composed of two synchronised videos running on loop while being projected onto window blinds. Unknowingly, the birds appear to dance in their own environment. By editing and framing, the images are reassembled to create a paradox between the real and the constructed, thus offering the viewer a contemplative choreography of the everyday.
