This is Not About Dance, This is Not About Movement, This is Not About Performance is a choreographic sculpture in constant tension between stillness and motion. The piece is composed of five performers who walk, rotate and pause in stillness as they inhabit the space both inside and outside the gallery. Performers respond to the immediate evolving context of the gallery, the artworks, the viewers, and the street, generating ever-changing configurations which foster new connections within the gallery space and its surrounding environment.
